Smart-binder Case study

A system was installed this year in Malaysia to produce examination booklets in-line with a digital web printer. This Smart-binder included:

 

• Dynamic micro perforator DMP-100 for selective perforation of answer sheets, enabling easy tear-out by candidates
• Smart data analysis system SDA-100 datasheet  for comprehensive production reporting and to assist reprinting of rejected booklets
• Corner hole punch module CHP-101 to ensure correct booklet orientation for downstream answer-sheet scanning

 

In-line stacking, wrapping and labelling is now being added to this line for increased security and automated booklet processing with minimal manual intervention.
